About The Position
National Pool Partners (NPP) is a family of companies dedicated to elevating the pool service industry and enhancing the enjoyment of pool ownership. We are currently seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $22 and is designed for individuals who are customer-centric and passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, people-first culture and will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service while performing various administrative tasks. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, including triaging calls and operating the switchboard. You will also be responsible for selling products and services, creating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate customer files. Additionally, you will track lead sources, assist operational roles with customer follow-ups, and create and send quotes to customers. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as you will also handle billing questions and assist with collection calls and emails. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with pool service language and equipment is a plus, although not mandatory. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in an office environment, preferably in a service industry. You will be expected to work independently while maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members. The work environment is a mix of office and outdoor settings, requiring adaptability to various conditions and the ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
