About The Position

Early Learning Ventures (ELV) is a Colorado-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality early childcare. We have a newly created position for a bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist. This is an excellent career opportunity with an excellent organization that is focused on making a difference. Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communications is preferred.
• Formal training related to grant writing and development strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, aiming for a first-call resolution.
• Handle customer issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• One on one trainings with providers on childcare measurement software.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer issues and recommend solutions.
