We’re looking for a driven and structured Client Success Representative with at least 2 years of experience in government contracting, specifically in capture and proposal writing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through initial exploration of the GovSignals platform, as well as running onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption. You'll play a critical role in educating customers on the platform, making sure they can effectively use GovSignals to streamline their proposal development process.
