Responsibilities

  • Meet with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their benefits needs
  • Recommend insurance solutions that fit client budgets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide outstanding service and follow-up support
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline
  • Participate in weekly training and team meetings
