Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a Client Success Partner (Client Service Associate 2) to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a leading public sector solutions implementation and operations improvement firm, PCG partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. The Client Success Partner will own and manage a client portfolio, cultivating relationships with state agencies and partners while ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Medicaid School-Based program policies. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, focusing on continuous improvement throughout the client journey, from implementation to expansion. In this position, you will leverage client communication and management tools to collaborate with various functional areas, ensuring that client action plans are executed effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining strong project and change management practices, communicating clearly with clients about contract and project deliverables, and being transparent about potential risks while remaining open to new opportunities. The Client Success Partner will also actively participate in the Client Success team, contributing to a culture of mutual accountability and respect, and will work closely with supervisors to align personal goals with the overall Client Success vision. Additionally, you will evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements while collaborating with local teams and other staff to meet client needs. This hybrid role allows for remote work, with on-site client meetings and team gatherings as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, along with a professional maturity that prioritizes the best interests of both the client and PCG.
