About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Operations Specialist to be a key member of the Operations Team, supporting the COO, Client Services, and HR operations. This role reports to the Operations Team Lead and spans a wide range of responsibilities — from strategic initiative support to hands-on execution — and has the opportunity to help serve as an operational anchor across the organization. The Operations Specialist helps translate priorities into action, maintains visibility across moving parts, and ensures key initiatives continue progressing. This is a role for someone comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, able to shift between strategy and tactical execution, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward.

Requirements

  • Organized, with attention to details and deadlines
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to move beyond identifying problems to driving resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the audience receiving the information
  • Well versed in Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Excited by problem-solving and creating order from disorganization
  • Enjoy working both collaboratively as well as independently as projects require
  • Bring positive energy and a strong sense of drive to your work

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of EOS operating model is a bonus
  • Interest in technology or Atlassian & Superhuman Suites preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the COO in advancing operational priorities across Client Services and HR
  • Provide structure and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives
  • Track project status, identify blockers, and help drive initiatives to completion
  • Support strategic planning cycles and internal operating rhythms
  • Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity, decisions, and actionable next steps
  • Capture and monitor key business metrics such as utilization, profitability, invoicing, and capacity planning
  • Maintain and refine internal processes to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Manage and support calendar and capacity strategy for Client Services
  • Contribute to company-wide events and initiatives
