About The Position

The Client Success Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and experience high-impact engagement programs. This role blends technical support, client advocacy, and program execution to drive platform success and employee engagement outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
  • 3+ year of client-facing experience (Client Service, Client Success, or other related disciplines)
  • Self-starter with a great attitude and high degree of empathy
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy-Working knowledge of SaaS Technology Platforms, Help Desk Software, Salesforce
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to identify and effectively escalate product issues
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic and analytical capabilities in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Desire to grow in the Employee Experience Industry, with interest in growing relationships and/or Product knowledge
  • Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal clients needs in a timely manner; client service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
  • Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
