In this role, you'll manage key client relationships, oversee service delivery, and ensure satisfaction across our top accounts in the protein sector. You'll act as the strategic partner connecting clients' business goals with our workforce and service solutions, helping them succeed while driving mutual growth. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven position that is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, production-oriented environments and understands the language of plant operations, HR, and compliance teams.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Comfortable developing long-term plans for client success and retention.
  • Skilled communicator who builds rapport with all levels - from plant managers to executives.
  • Familiarity with immigration, workforce, or visa programs supporting production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned protein/food production clients.

  • Develop strategic account plans to drive renewals, cross-sells, and referrals.
  • Identify new opportunities that align with client workforce and compliance needs.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on protein/food production trends, compliance, and workforce challenges.
  • Share insights with clients to strengthen long-term partnerships and trust.

  • Hybrid work schedule in Austin, TX
  • Annual discretionary bonus potential
  • 401(k) with company match (up to 4% total)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 15 days of PTO (plus 1 additional day/year after 3 years)
  • Paid holidays
