About The Position

Verneek is seeking a highly qualified partner success manager to join our unique deep technology team, dedicated to deploying helpful AI experiences to the masses. Since our inception four years ago, we have witnessed significant advancements in AI technology, and our mission remains focused on building AIs with deep domain expertise for the benefit of society. We have successfully partnered with various enterprises, helping millions of consumers through our AI agents built on our platform. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can have an immediate impact by working closely with our founders to streamline strategic initiatives, oversee project management, and communicate effectively with partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, particularly in executive-level advising and interdisciplinary collaboration, along with a basic understanding of AI and technology.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a business management, operation consulting, or executive role (managing multiple teams and leading strategic initiatives)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance or related fields
  • Some legal experience
  • Working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, contract, and employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with a successful track record in interdisciplinary communications
  • Work authorization in the US

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a variety of strategic business development initiatives from inception to successful execution under the guidance of the executive team.
  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and operations.
  • Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  • Devise new plans on the fly in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly uncertain environment.
  • Oversee daily operations in collaboration with executives.
  • Develop and build on relationships with various internal and external parties as needed.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for delegated matters, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Verneek's product and its evolving features.
  • Gather meaningful feedback from business owners and end users to enhance Verneek's technology, product, and go-to-market strategies.
