Working closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), CSMs develop strategies that ensure client satisfaction and retention, requiring a blend of strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills to drive long-term success. The target base pay for this position is $92,000.00 with on-target-earnings (OTE) are near $115,000.
