Maestro is a high-growth technology startup seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our Client Organization. With a growing roster of clients, we are building long-lasting partnerships with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies that leverage our platform to drive measurable outcomes. As a CSM, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth. You’ll learn the ins and outs of the Maestro platform, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and act as a strategic partner in value creation planning. This role is critical to ensuring our clients achieve maximum impact with Maestro. This position can be located in Boston or New York City.
