About The Position

The Client Success Manager at CHG Healthcare is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of CHG Connect, a technology platform designed to enhance user experience and satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams to resolve issues, track metrics, and support the ongoing development and adoption of the technology. The Client Success Manager will work closely with the Director of Client Success to drive user satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement, ultimately ensuring that clients derive maximum value from CHG Connect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B account management or client success management
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with technology integration and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at a corporate level with communication across various verticals
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or SAS technology
  • Knowledge of CHG products, functions, and service policies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to drive success in CHG Connect throughout the organization.
  • Work with the ECS AM team to implement processes for feedback and adoption of CHG Connect.
  • Maintain regular communication regarding CHG Connect to ECS.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalations, focusing on solving business problems through CHG Connect.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Success on feature enhancement and prioritization for CHG Connect.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for performance issues related to CHG Connect.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify business risks and devise action plans.
  • Educate and inspire confidence in users to drive the adoption of CHG Connect.
  • Develop and maintain training resources for CHG Connect users.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing CHG Connect utilization.
