The Client Success Manager must have an in-depth understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), with historical experience across multiple care settings, including Emergency Rooms (ER), Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), and Hospitals. This ensures a well-rounded understanding of the diverse areas we touch and the ability to effectively support our clients. The role requires strong data analytics knowledge, critical thinking skills to analyze processes, and a keen eye for identifying problems while presenting long-term solutions. In addition, exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential when engaging with physician customers and stakeholders. This position requires a professional individual with a proven track record of demonstrated leadership. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize job responsibilities and demands, execute contractual agreements, and provide day-to-day management and operational support of management services. Finally, a Client Success Manager must be flexible, proactive, and disciplined to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
