Accountabilities Develop and execute strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion. Analyze client data to identify trends and actionable insights. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and address their concerns. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor client success metrics and report on progress to management. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare. Provider-based background preferred. Experience in Healthcare Project Management or Consulting. Proficiency in Epic and Generative AI tools. Excellent skills with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Ability to view the big picture and resolve issues effectively. Proven track record of working collaboratively across various departments. Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs. Requirements
