About The Position

As an Array+ Client Success Manager, you will work collaboratively with Sales, Client Success, Account Management, Deployment, Support and Product. This role reports to the Director of Client Success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Client Success Manager role, preferably at a high-growth tech startup and or a financial institution
  • Experience owning a large book of business and being responsible for revenue and active user growth
  • A knack for managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible result for the clients and the business
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer needs
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

  • Experience with a free to premium model is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of up to 150 strategically valuable Array+ clients
  • Develop messaging and communicate to clients about how they can maximize the value of Array+ for their users
  • Work closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization Lead to share the results of product experimentation and optimization with Array+ clients
  • Provide proactive communication to clients about changes to the Array+ product
  • Work closely with Array’s Deployment and Support teams to effectively onboard new Array+ clients and provide excellent customer service and support
  • Run renewal conversations and negotiations with Array+ clients
  • Document client feedback and relay to Conversion Rate Optimization Lead and Product team
  • Own growth metrics for Array+ revenue and active users
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
