About The Position

A successful Client Success Manager (CSM) will enjoy working directly with dentists to develop websites and digital marketing strategies that will work toward the client’s goals in their market. It is the CSM’s responsibility to act as a partner to our clients, work with our internal teams in the building of marketing campaigns, and report to the client on their successes and identify areas in need of improvement. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the US.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant Account Management experience required.
  • Dental Experience required.
  • Digital Marketing required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data driven and enjoy helping clients succeed.
  • Team oriented and a problem solver.
  • Enjoy professional conversations with clients and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and/or any other online marketing solutions and you enjoy digging into data to address problems and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service depending on package level; be their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes and reporting, developing close client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between your client and the company. Relay clients’ goals to the team and campaign performance to the client in order to develop a strong consultative relationship.
  • Manage onboarding new clients, set expectations, and set clients up for long term success with Firegang.
  • Analyze performance reports from Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook, Bing, etc., and interpret this data to clients in a way they will understand. Monitor results and present feedback to the client.
  • Train clients on how to optimize their online reputation and phone call conversion rates, and provide other educational items that will help their practice succeed.
  • Answer client emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner.
