About The Position

Tailored Management is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner for key client workforce programs, driving retention, expansion, and measurable impact across our contingent workforce solutions. The Opportunity In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will own and grow assigned accounts by strengthening executive relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and translating workforce data into strategic action. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Recruiting, Compliance, and Leadership to ensure program success while fueling revenue growth within our existing customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing account management or post-sales roles with strong commercial responsibility
  • Proven experience identifying and supporting revenue-generating opportunities within existing accounts
  • Strong sales and growth mindset with demonstrated expansion success
  • Ability to manage complex contingent workforce programs and performance metrics
  • Consultative, solutions-oriented approach to workforce challenges
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Analytical strength with experience interpreting KPIs, SLAs, and workforce data
  • Results-driven and highly accountable
  • Working knowledge of contingent workforce compliance and audit practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in PEO, MSP, or contingent workforce programs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth & Expansion Identify and advance revenue opportunities including new labor categories, expanded recruiting scope, markup adjustments, and exclusivity agreements
  • Partner with Sales and Client Services leadership to execute account growth strategies
  • Provide proactive sales leads and coordinate warm introductions to Business Development
  • Own Strategic Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned clients
  • Lead executive-level meetings, scorecard reviews, and strategic business discussions
  • Anticipate client needs, proactively mitigate risks, and uncover program enhancement opportunities
  • Leverage Data to Inform Strategy Analyze KPIs, SLAs, workforce trends, and performance metrics to assess account health
  • Partner with Business Reporting & Analytics to develop actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Leadership to improve performance and identify opportunity areas
  • Utilize historical data and MSP insights to forecast hiring needs
  • Ensure Program Excellence Partner with Compliance to ensure SLA adherence and quality standards
  • Lead change management initiatives and implementation efforts
  • Drive and delegate process improvements across teams
  • Strengthen Brand Presence Represent Tailored Management at industry events
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and enhance market positioning
  • Periodic travel to client program sites and industry events
