About The Position

Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS is hiring! ISS seeks a Client Success Manager responsible for high-value account in our Enterprise segment of Marketpulse- MI. MarketPulse is the industry’s leading distribution intelligence platform, delivering unmatched market sizing, competitive insights, and asset‑flow analytics - empowering asset managers with the actionable data and strategic intelligence they need to identify opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and drive smarter growth. This role is pivotal in driving long-term customer success and strategic alignment between our company and clients. This role requires a consultative approach, both externally with clients to understand their business objectives and needs, and internally across our product, data and support teams.

Requirements

2-5 years’ experience in client success, account management preferably in finance.
Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills with a flexible style depending on audience.
Energetic self-starter with the ability to influence others through data and strong story telling.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMS.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of top-tier accounts with complex needs and high strategic value.
Serve as primary escalation point for client challenges, ensuring functional collaboration with Product and sales.
Build and maintain direct relationships with stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic partner
Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales specialists and Account Directors.
Serve as a product expert – onboard clients, train new user teams, build ad hoc reporting and provide industry insight in line with business goals.
