We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll guide dealerships through the onboarding, training, and adoption of the NCC Complete Credit suite. You’ll act as the main point of contact for new customers — ensuring they not only launch successfully but continue to see measurable value from our solutions. This position combines technology, training, and relationship management. You’ll spend time both on-site at dealerships across the U.S. and virtually from your home office, helping each store master the platform and integrate it seamlessly into daily operations.
