GRUBBRR is seeking a Bilingual Client Success Manager (English/Spanish) to serve as the primary post-implementation relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for driving adoption, retention, satisfaction, and long-term value realization across complex, multi-location deployments. You will act as a trusted advisor to both executive stakeholders and operational teams, ensuring that GRUBBRR’s platform delivers measurable business outcomes while aligning internal teams to support client success. GRUBBRR clients operate across diverse, multi-layered environments, where many frontline operators, site managers, and support teams are Spanish-speaking. Success in this role requires the ability to: Conduct business reviews, training, and operational discussions in both English and Spanish Bridge communication between executive stakeholders and on-the-ground teams Ensure clarity, adoption, and alignment across all levels of the organization
