About The Position

At Systemized Media , we're redefining digital marketing in the HVAC space—and we’re looking for self-disciplined, growth-oriented, and client-obsessed individuals to join our high-performing team. 🧩 Your Role as a Client Success Manager As a Client Success Manager , you'll be the strategic partner and trusted guide for our clients. You’ll help them succeed through personalized coaching, impactful strategy sessions, and proactive support. You'll work closely with marketing directors, call center teams, and our internal tech specialists to drive results. You don’t need to be a tech expert—but you should be tech-comfortable and able to clearly understand and explain processes to both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager , Account Manager , or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Confidence in client-facing calls and video conversations.
  • Fast problem-solving and the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-discipline, accountability, and solid time management.
  • A hunger to grow, learn, and take on meaningful challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new clients in our proven methods.
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and team members.
  • Lead strategy meetings to improve client performance and experience.
  • Track and support client progression through our growth system.
  • Keep detailed records using our project management tools.
  • Learn and use internal and external communication tools effectively.
