The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary support resource to the Director for OneMagnify client relationship management. This role requires a strong understanding of the client business landscape while defining both near and long-term objectives. The Client Success Manager will act as the key contact, representing the voice of the customer to enable clear internal project goals and expectations. The position demands a strong day-to-day team leader who provides knowledge and direction to the assigned delivery team, advocating for client expectations while managing internal teams throughout the delivery process. The role involves collaboration with other business units and client success team members to recognize opportunities and create plans to address them, with a heavy focus on meeting and exceeding annual financial goals through delivering value to clients and pursuing new opportunities. Continuous innovation and evolution of existing engagements are also key responsibilities, along with ongoing support in reporting to the OneMagnify organization on a project-by-project basis.
