About The Position

To support this growth, Enertiv is seeking to hire an experienced Client Success Manager to lead strategic relationships, drive adoption of our platform, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. This individual will manage a portfolio of high-value clients and be responsible for delivering measurable outcomes, maximizing client value, and building trusted partnerships. This position reports directly to the VP of Client Success and can be based remotely within the U.S. This role represents a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team that’s helping decarbonize and modernize the real estate industry.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or other client-facing SaaS roles.
  • Strong track record of driving retention, adoption, and measurable client value.
  • Skilled at building relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class retention by maintaining 95%+ gross revenue retention across your book of business.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders and asset managers, highlighting ROI and ensuring clients see clear, ongoing value from the platform.
  • Deepen relationships within accounts by engaging with 2+ key stakeholders per client.
  • Drive usage of Enertiv’s features and modules, ensuring broad adoption and integration into client workflows.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their operational and ESG priorities.
