About The Position

We're seeking a Client Success Manager who bridges real estate expertise with technology innovation. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of sophisticated real estate investor accounts while helping build the future of property tax technology. Requirements

  • 3-5 years in proptech, financial services, or real estate (property management, development, acquisitions, or similar)
  • Comfortable learning and discussing real estate (i.e., valuation methodologies, cap rates, NOI, occupancy trends, rent rolls, and market fundamentals across real estate asset classes)
  • Natural ability to earn trust and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional decision-makers
  • Experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities and communicate value - whether through investment analysis, portfolio reporting, or client presentations
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Legal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Excitement about joining a fast-paced, high-growth technology company where you'll help shape processes and grow with the business
  • Interest in learning property tax strategy and appeals process (we'll provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at investment firms, development companies, asset management platforms, or family offices
  • Previous client-facing or account management experience in real estate or professional services
  • Exposure to property tax, accounting, or legal processes in real estate transactions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, proptech solutions, or other technology tools in real estate
  • Experience working at or with high-growth technology companies

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and advisor for high-value accounts, including family offices, REITs, multifamily operators, and SFR portfolio managers
  • Leverage your knowledge of real estate, property tax, and our technology to build trust with asset managers, CFOs, and owner/operators by understanding their business drivers, portfolio metrics, and investment strategies
  • Identify expansion opportunities by recognizing when clients need acquisition support, portfolio optimization, or advanced tax planning beyond basic appeals
  • Help sophisticated investors understand how our technology platform delivers measurable ROI while gathering feedback to inform product development
  • As an early team member, help establish processes, train new hires, and shape how we scale relationships with institutional clients
