About The Position

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, driving product adoption, operational success, and long-term customer value. Working alongside the Account Executive (AE) specializing in the company’s Integrated Security portfolio, you’ll proactively influence client growth initiatives across your portfolio towards sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in client success or account management roles, preferably in technology or integrated security.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture and product roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and operational success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems such as D365 or Netsuite.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and transactional management.
  • Background in the education, healthcare, or corporate markets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert (SME), advising clients on solution architecture and product roadmap alignment based on their operational environment and strategic goals.
  • Partner with AEs to execute joint account strategies that drive client success and revenue growth.
  • Generate and manage short-cycle quotes for software, hardware, and service add-ons aligned with territory goals.
  • Approve sales orders by validating pricing accuracy and contractual alignment with issued quotes.
  • Provide real-time updates on order status, shipping, and resolve credit or return authorizations with minimal delay.
  • Facilitate scope and solution calls (e.g., conversion, add-ons) when AE coverage is limited.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client profiles and product information in CRM, ensuring integrity for sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive upgrade campaign execution by understanding upgrade paths, coordinating with Support, and tracking client migrations.
  • Promote product utilization through training recommendations, upsell discussions, and cross-sell of third-party integrations.
  • Encourage client participation in webinars, regional events, and success programs to build loyalty and uncover new opportunities.
  • Contribute to AE-led pipeline reviews, QBRs, and regional planning sessions to align strategies and share customer insights.
  • Support the RVP and sales leadership in achieving regional quotas by aligning customer outcomes with business growth.
