Now, we're looking for a Client Success Leader to drive value for both our clients and our company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving revenue growth for key accounts.
  • A relationship-builder with solid knowledge of selling project-based IT services.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales savvy with a focus on growing accounts and closing deals.
  • A solid understanding of IT services, financial metrics, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key business and technical leaders.
  • Manage expectations, address escalations, and ensure we deliver value.
  • Present solutions and conduct QBRs to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Help clients adopt and maximize our services while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on your client's tech landscape and position our services as best-in-class solutions.
  • Manage contracts, POs, billing, and ensure proper revenue recognition.
  • Own the account's P&L and support growth while protecting existing revenue.
  • Track everything from profitability to margin forecasting.
  • Participate in Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
