About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. This role supports Sales Managers and Account Executives across TV and digital sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least one year of experience in an admin or support role (sales/media a plus).
  • Proficient with office technology (computers, phones, copiers, scanners).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of traffic policies and ensure compliance.
  • Update programming information, including schedules, grids, and rate changes.
  • Work with vendor research teams to create sales programs and research materials.
  • Assist with order entry and traffic for Spot TV and digital.
  • Support accounting tasks across systems and tools.
  • Prepare forms, reports, and co-op scripts (including notarized documents).
  • Maintain weekly inventory reports.
  • Organize and maintain files and business documentation.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed.
