About The Position

At Realign (Jobtest.org), we are on a mission to change this by providing individuals with the tools and resources they need to make informed decisions about their professional careers, from exploration to advancement. Our goal is to help people identify their strengths, passions, and career objectives and match them with suitable opportunities. We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Client Success Coach to join the team at Realign (Jobtest.org). This part-time, contract role goes beyond traditional career coaching by combining coaching expertise with client relationship management, quality assurance, and sales acumen. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a critical role in setting them up for success by matching them with the most appropriate coaches. You will ensure that each client’s journey is supported by quality assurance measures and personalized guidance, ensuring they achieve their career goals. Additionally, you will be the face of our video content, engaging clients through personalized and compelling video communication.
