Join our team at ISS STOXX! We are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our Norman, OK team. A successful candidate will have an interest in financial operations and client service, and a desire to learn about corporate governance. You should develop strong working relationships with external clients, and product expertise to guide clients to better use ISS STOXX's products/services. Client Success Associates are adaptable and efficient problem solvers who can lead cross-organization initiatives. Our clients span some of the world's foremost hedge funds, pension funds and other asset managers. This role should learn corporate governance and proxy voting services, learn clients' businesses, and provide effective solutions. Performance is based on a combination of factors including account renewal rates, client communication, operational efficiency, and facilitating upsell opportunities.
