The Client Success Associate (CS Associate) assists with Engagement Solutions project planning and delivery, internal and client-facing meetings and communications, reporting and other project and program-related support tasks. The successful candidate will have experience with customer service skills, project management and marketing operations. The CS Associate provides administrative and detail-oriented task support to Client Success Managers to ensure clients' needs are being met throughout the program life cycle.
