The Opportunity (Fully Remote) Recurrent Ventures' is looking for a fully remote Client Success Associate. The Client Success Associate is a key part of the Recurrent team as they ensure seamless execution of strategic and high touch direct-sold programs. The CS Associate will support the pre-sales process developing digital proposals, and work with internal teams to report, monitor and optimize direct sold campaigns. The Client Success Team at Recurrent Ventures showcase exceptional communication skills; possess the ability to recognize opportunities and problems quickly; keep close attention to detail; and are willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced, friendly, team-focused environment. The CS Associate will think dynamically and communicate effectively across different internal departments to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and KPIs are reached. Throughout the campaign, the CS Associate will be responsible for reporting on and optimizing all channels to hit and exceed client goals, providing updates to the Client Success Manager.
