As a Client Success Agent, you’ll combine your expertise as a licensed insurance professional with our innovative approach to client engagement. You won’t be chasing cold leads; our proprietary marketing system connects you with consumers who have already explored their options and are ready for personalized guidance and enrollment. Your role is to listen, educate, and ensure clients feel confident in the coverage that suits their needs.

Requirements

  • Active Florida 2-40 (Health) license required
  • 2-15 (Life & Health) and 2-20 (General Lines) licenses preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Client-focused mindset with proven experience in customer service, sales, or insurance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with digital client management tools
  • Spanish or other language proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and provide tailored policy options
  • Guide clients through policy applications with clarity and care
  • Utilize HIS’s technology-driven systems to manage leads, update client records, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and policy options to provide the most up-to-date solutions
  • Contribute to the HIS mission of transparency and integrity by helping clients make confident insurance decisions
