About The Position

Adelman Travel is looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Client Success Advisor.  In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients of the organization by managing the company’s business objectives. This is accomplished through promoting growth of existing business, process improvement plans and technologies, ensuring standard operating procedure are maintained, customer education and consultation, selling and implementing new products, maintaining positive account relationships, identifying, escalating and ensuring resolution of problems through collaboration with internal departments and ensuring follow through and resolution of service issues, and maximizing revenue as well as savings and cost cutting opportunities.  Additionally, this role assists the sales department with bringing in new business as well as implementing that business.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and maintaining strategic relationships and managing key partnerships, with the ability to negotiate profitable contracts. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand intricate customer opportunities to create unique and exceptional solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Aptitude and ability to learn and familiarize yourself with travel industry process and terminology as well as with new and ever-changing technology.
  • Robust interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Three plus years of B2B experience including competitor awareness with a willingness to learn and understand product and service offerings.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills along with the ability to articulate and present materials in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction levels and standard operating procedures are maintained, by advising, selling, implementing, monitoring and benchmarking the company's technologies and services, creating customer reviews to execute and monitor measurements, creating and maintaining service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs), auditing operations.
  • Recommending and implementing internal and external process improvement plans.
  • Effectively and profitably retaining business to include involvement in re-bids.
  • Analyzing data in order to consult with the customer across all aspects of the travel program.  
  • Pursuing and developing customer relationships at all levels including key influencers, introducing internal Company staff to customer as applicable to situation, and using education opportunities for company products, services and industry trends to build brand awareness.
  • Maintaining profitability margins and meeting Company financial objectives.
  • Pursuing and maximizing all revenue opportunities.
  • Participating in the sales process including involvement with all implementation calls on newly acquired business.
  • Demonstrating and communicating the value of Adelman products and services.
