About The Position

As the Client Success Coordinator on the onboarding team, you will act as the lead contact for our new client base and guide our clients through our onboarding process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business
  • 1+ year of account management or client success experience
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable reviewing and uploading creatives and ad assets
  • Proficient in using HubSpot and managing timelines
  • Organized and responsive with a keen attention to detail
  • Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S., excluding the following states: California, New York, or Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations
  • Contributing to business growth through creating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Analyzing digital campaign success and report on key performance indicators and metrics
  • Suggesting improvements and collaborating on digital projects to increase client ROI
  • Presenting new strategies to clients
  • Staying up to date with digital technology trends
  • Other duties as assigned
