Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand in the Woodbury Commons store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the brand's standards.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Utilize various sales techniques, including cross-selling, to drive sales and KPIs.
• Stay informed about current products, trends, and collections to educate clients.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring resolution to satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
• Support the store with cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
• Organize the stockroom efficiently and maintain tidiness.
• Receive weekly deliveries, check stock against invoices, and report discrepancies.
