About The Position

We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager (CSM) to join our growing Corporate business. This individual will be focused on managing relationships across our key software and tech clients. In this role, you will become an expert in understanding our clients' key business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value through our solutions. Your role will be focused on driving strong client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, leading to favorable renewals and commercial success. This role will be supported by a commercial lead, but also rely on your ability to drive sales growth. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. We expect East Coast work hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Ability to think holistically about an account and build strategic relationships to support user engagement, value creation, and positive renewal outcomes
  • Passionate about making clients successful
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for client base through discovery
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base

Responsibilities

  • Manage retention of active book of business of 15-20 Fortune 500 companies
  • Engage Value additive outreach aligned with the client's strategic priorities
  • Own timely delivery and responsiveness to inbound requests
  • Identification and progression of upsell opportunities
  • Mapping of business units and key contacts, with which to build new relationships
  • Excel at advanced data solution design and advising on strategic business questions
  • Keep close collaboration with the product team in managing data deliverables and scoping new product builds.
