About The Position

We are seeking an individual with excellent collaboration, communication, and partnering skills to support the administration of Group Universal Life and Group Variable Universal Life coverages and related client servicing. The incumbent filling this role will provide operational support to internal teams, including Client Coordinators and Account Management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of client data and transactions. The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven results orientation, relationship building skills, and ability to work cross functionally
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of Insurance or Financial Services experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage incoming and outgoing files from clients and TPAs related to eligibility, billing, and payments
  • Identify, reconcile, and process file discrepancies
  • Research and resolve suspense items related to premium payments to ensure accurate allocation and compliance
  • Partner with Client Coordinators, Account Management, and internal teams to deliver seamless client service
  • Recognize and recommend operational improvements
  • Ability to handle client sizes ranging from 100 to a million plus lives
