Key responsibilities include achieving sales and service metrics in areas such as Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting, planning tasks to meet customer and business needs, understanding customer needs through intentional conversation, and sharing current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire customers. The role also involves actively participating in community/store activities and professionally representing the Talbots Brand.
