A day in the life. As our Client Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you’ll be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of Financial Institutions’ business. This includes supporting the marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts, review and processing of policies, issuing certificates; using insurance carrier websites to obtain online quotes for clients; creating proposals; preparing policies for delivery and other day-to-day tasks as directed. Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
• Be a self-starter
• Problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverage, and markets is essential
• College degree preferred
