Serves as the primary point of contact for Sentry's retirement plan sponsors. By leveraging individual expertise and collaborating with other internal resources; provides proactive technical guidance and consultative support for assigned customers in all facets of plan administration. Builds relationships with plan sponsors to drive plan success. Conducts periodic reviews of assigned plans and proactively provides Sentry field 401(k) associates, sales associates, and sponsors insights into plan operations, new compliance requirements, and alternative plan design or administrative approaches to improve the plans. This role can be filled at our Stevens Point, WI, El Paso, TX, Goldsboro, NC Nashville, TN or our Denver, CO Offices following a hybrid work model.
