About The Position

The ClientSpace Product Analyst at PrismHR is a key role within a high-performing product and design team, focused on enhancing a modern service platform for small and medium businesses. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify customer needs, drive product design, and contribute to the strategic direction of the product portfolio. The analyst will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into actionable solutions, ensuring that the product meets market demands and enhances customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an Agile environment with a deep understanding of its practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across all areas of the company to identify customer and market problems.
  • Participate in a comprehensive discovery process to drive product design and define future deliverables.
  • Work closely with the ClientSpace Product Manager and engineering team to communicate the 'what' and 'why' of product features.
  • Partner with product management and marketing to identify key customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into tangible, workable solutions.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a 12-month product roadmap.
  • Discover, define, and translate customer needs into a prioritized product backlog.
  • Establish and cultivate customer relationships to create continuous feedback loops.
  • Communicate product strategy, plans, and schedules to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between product teams, support, and professional services to identify product issues and enhancement opportunities.
