About The Position

Partners Group is seeking an Client Solutions Professional to join the Client Solutions team in New York. In this role, you will support and help drive institutional fundraising efforts across defined territories by partnering closely with senior client-facing professionals. You will focus on timely follow-up, preparing high-quality presentations and marketing materials, coordinating fund campaign efforts, and deepening relationships with existing institutional clients and prospects. You will also maintain client data and communication records, collaborate with internal investment teams to gather the latest investment insights, and help position Partners Group’s strategies effectively with institutional investors. The role requires strong organization, analytical capability, and professional written and interpersonal communication skills. An ability to understand the institutional investor landscape and support the growth of our U.S. institutional business is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic background preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or sales/marketing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Passion for institutional sales/marketing and financial markets
  • Understanding of the institutional sales process and investor decision-making preferred
  • Strong organization, time management, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of the institutional sales process and investor decision-making preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and help drive the efforts of senior institutional sales professionals across assigned territories
  • Execute timely preparation and follow-up for client and prospect meetings using approved marketing collateral
  • Assist in managing and coordinating institutional fund campaign efforts
  • Collaborate closely with investment teams to deliver up-to-date investment and product information to clients and prospects
  • Maintain accurate client information and update the CRM and communication databases
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Provide thorough and reliable project support with strong follow-through across multiple workstreams
  • Contribute to the broader institutional sales goals by helping identify investor needs and positioning Partners Group solutions effectively
