About The Position

Orbis Clinical, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for Client Solutions Manager, who will be responsible for managing client partnerships and overseeing the end-to-end Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment and fulfillment process to ensure consistent delivery, satisfaction, and retention within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The role has combined responsibilities of a recruiter and a client services manager, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates as well as building client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience as a full desk recruiter or account management role, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing firm; healthcare staffing extremely preferred.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
  • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
  • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
  • Affect or change others' positions and opinions.
  • Engage effectively in dialogue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including businesses and organizations seeking recruitment services.
  • Conduct sales activities, such as cold calling, networking, and client meetings, to promote recruitment solutions and secure new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements, including job descriptions, skill sets, and cultural fit, to effectively match candidates to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client database, regularly updating and managing client information.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs, address any challenges, and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  • Nurture relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals, aspirations, and preferences to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions using applicant tracking systems or other relevant tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, including client acquisition, candidate pipelines, and placements.
