Requirements

  • Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
  • Developing marketing or advertising campaigns from inception to completion, including ideation, direction, coordination, and execution;
  • Digital advertising, including the following: (1) campaign execution and analysis; and (2) analysis of market penetration of competitive products;
  • Analyzing advertising objectives and managing marketing budgets, including Profit and Loss (P&L);
  • Planning, managing, and executing self-serve media campaigns;
  • Social media marketing, including targeting options and critical dimensions for measuring targeting behaviors and demographics; and
  • Translating large data sets from Excel and dashboards into actionable takeaways and insights reported to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic recommendations and optimizations of ads by monitoring and analyzing ad campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights.
  • Investigate and work directly with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign.
  • Build, grow, and manage day-to-day client relationships with advertisers/agencies of all sizes within the retail industry.
  • Support and work with the sales team on presale research and pitch.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients in collaboration with the sales team.
