About The Position

As a Client Solutions Engineer on our Product Team, you will articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre-sales through post-implementation support. This role is a perfect fit for a technically-minded problem solver with a deep understanding of software development and a passion for client engagement. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet our partners' technical needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP
  • 5+ years of experience with web technologies like HTTP, HTML, and JSON
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or a related function
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and tactical skills, with a proven ability to execute on a plan individually and with a team.
  • Experience managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environment.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is also desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Partnerships team to assist with new business opportunities, develop proofs of concept (POCs), and prepare technical sales material.
  • Design and implement optimal solutions that provide the ideal customer experience while enabling opportunities for growth.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures.
  • Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through effective stakeholder management.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations.
  • Use tools like SQL , Google BigQuery , and Google Data Studio to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and implement changes through automation to optimize client engagements.
