EV Battery Solutions (EVBS) is looking for a self-starter to lead and manage large, complex and critical programs. The Client Performance Manager is the individual who works most closely with clients to receive, assess and communicate answers to questions about program initiatives. They must understand the client's goals and drive insights, improvements, and growth opportunities for the client by fostering trust and expertise. The Client Performance Manager works from a position of authority to recommend, implement, and monitor solutions. This individual will also provide tactical and strategic guidance and support to our internal teams to create, own, operationalize and maintain end-to-end programs, enabled by KPIs, dashboards and strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders. This role will create an environment of predictable, safe and high-quality outcomes. This individual will be located in one of our EV Battery Center markets (Oklahoma City, Atlanta, Las Vegas or Detroit).
