Requirements

  • 0–4 years of professional experience (open to new graduates)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client-facing, sales, consulting, or customer success roles (internships or full-time)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Interest in startups and high-growth environments
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at startups, consulting firms, or customer-facing roles in tech
  • Familiarity with expert networks, research workflows, or marketplaces
  • Strong academic background with demonstrated extracurricular commitment (e.g., leadership roles, athletics, clubs)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client research projects, from understanding needs to delivering high-quality expert matches
  • Identify, recruit, and engage subject matter experts through internal networks and external sourcing channels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Coordinate and schedule expert interviews, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitor project performance and incorporate feedback to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve workflows and platform experience
  • Handle a high volume of interactions daily (10–20+ conversations with clients and experts)
