About The Position

JOB SUMMARY Handles routine issues such as hardware setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting. Ensures that end users remain productive by resolving common problems quickly or escalating them when necessary. Emphasizes customer service, communication skills, and building foundational IT knowledge. This position functions as second-level support for endpoint-related issues, including hardware and operating system concerns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Articulates the job's main responsibilities. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS and common enterprise applications, such as Office 365.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and workflow documentation.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide a positive support experience.
  • Work effectively with team members and cross-functional groups during projects.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide onsite/remote support.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.
  • Document all support activities in the ITSM system (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure clarity and satisfaction
