Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Clearly explain and recommend benefit options based on each client’s needs
• Guide individuals and families through the decision-making and enrollment process
• Maintain organized digital records and complete follow-up communication
• Participate in team coaching sessions and strategy meetings to support ongoing development
