About The Position

The Client Solutions Administrator II is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all visitors, contributing to the achievement of center goals through precise and efficient transaction processing, while providing tailored client solutions. This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing learning to effectively meet client needs and support the bank’s success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Manage Multiple Priorities: Effectively handle various tasks with guidance from a supervisor.
  • Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: Focus on accuracy and proactively address issues.
  • Knowledge of Bank Products: Strong understanding of bank services and products.
  • Compliance: Consistently follow policies and procedures. Proficiency in using computer systems and software (Windows and office equipment).
  • Client Service & Communication: Provide excellent service and build positive relationships.
  • Organizational & Teamwork Skills: Stay organized and work well with others.
  • At least three (3) years teller/cash handling, client service experience required.
  • Ability to travel to all locations in the bank’s footprint as needed.
  • Clear Communication: Effectively convey instructions to clients and coworkers.
  • Comprehension of Transaction Details: Understand complex transaction and operational information.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Manual Dexterity: Operate office equipment and computers efficiently.
  • Visual Acuity: Ability to work at computer terminals with clear vision.
  • Lifting Ability: Lift up to 20 pounds when necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service by handling transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments quickly and accurately.
  • Process various transactions, such as official checks, currency handling, and safety deposit payments, with accuracy.
  • Keep accurate records and follow Retail Operations Guidelines to ensure compliance and readiness for audits.
  • Handle large commercial deposits, IRA processing, and savings bond redemptions, and audit cash machines.
  • Balance the cash drawer daily, process deposits, and help with the NSF decision process and branch cash totals.
  • Assist with cross-selling by reviewing client profiles and referring them to the right team member for further solutions.
  • Train associates on procedures, perform audits on cash drawers, and ensure logs are updated correctly.
  • Manage cash orders, shipments, and complete monthly security tasks like alarm tests and surprise audits.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
  • Represent LINK's values (LIVE, INTEGRITY, NURTURE, KNOWLEDGE) in every client interaction and daily task.
